Responsibilities:
- Review schedules and prepare parts needed for the day
- Perform digital vehicle inspections consistently and with quality
- Diagnose and repair brakes, steering, suspension, tune-ups, heating, exhaust, A/C, engines, electrical, transmissions, alignments, and more
- Complete jobs with urgency and a positive attitude
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and events
- Meet or exceed expected flat rate hours weekly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of technician experience in a reputable shop
- ASE certification (or willingness to achieve MasterTech level)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Your Role as a Service Advisor:
- Professionally answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check customers in/out and ensure a great service experience
- Create accurate repair estimates and explain services clearly
- Sell needed repairs with transparency and trust
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Order and receive parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional front office
- Track performance metrics and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as a Service Advisor in a reputable shop
- Proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction
- Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with Tekmetric (a plus)
